3. Scope of Services

We specialize in customized printing and packaging services, including but not limited to custom t-shirts, mugs, keychains, gift cards, stickers, labels, paper bags, marketing materials, and other personalized products.

Our services are available to both businesses and individual customers, with a focus on flexible small-batch production and, in many cases, no minimum order quantity requirements.

4. Custom Orders & Design Responsibility

All customized products are produced strictly according to the design files, specifications, and instructions provided or approved by the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, text, images, logos, and other materials are accurate, complete, and legally compliant. We are not responsible for errors approved in final proofs, including spelling, layout, color, or sizing issues.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

By submitting designs or materials, you confirm that you own the rights or have obtained proper authorization to use such content. You agree not to submit any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse production of any content that we believe to be illegal, offensive, or infringing.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are determined based on product specifications, materials, printing methods, order quantity, and delivery requirements. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to confirmation before production.

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Production Time & Delivery

Production timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on order complexity, material availability, and production schedules.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by logistics providers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

8. No Return or Refund for Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or errors caused solely by us.

Claims regarding defects must be submitted within a reasonable time after receipt, along with clear photographic evidence for review.

9. Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Any costs incurred prior to cancellation, including design setup or material preparation, may be charged to the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
