Shipping arrangements are made based on order specifications, destination, delivery method, and customer requirements.
All orders are processed after order confirmation, design approval, and payment receipt. Production timelines vary depending on product type, customization complexity, order quantity, and material availability.
Estimated processing or production times are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
We work with third-party logistics providers to arrange shipments, including but not limited to standard courier services, express delivery, air freight, or other suitable shipping methods.
The shipping method used will be determined based on destination, order size, urgency, and cost efficiency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping costs are calculated based on actual shipment weight, volume, destination, and selected delivery method.
Shipping fees are quoted separately unless explicitly stated as included. Any additional charges incurred due to special delivery requirements will be borne by the customer.
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and required documentation imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or returns caused by customs inspections, regulatory restrictions, or failure to provide necessary import information.
Due to production schedules, product types, or logistics requirements, orders may be shipped in multiple packages or separate shipments.
Customers will be notified if an order is shipped in multiple parts. Split shipments do not qualify for partial refunds of shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times provided are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee transit times and are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
Ownership and risk of loss for products transfer to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier or logistics provider.
Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately to the carrier.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties, failure to clear customs, or inability to contact the recipient are not eligible for a full refund.
Any additional costs incurred, including return shipping, storage, or handling fees, will be borne by the customer.
We shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
