1. General Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Ningbo Yilin Import & Export Co., Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").

Due to the customized nature of our printing and packaging services, return and refund conditions differ from standard retail products. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Customized Products – No Returns or Refunds

All customized and made-to-order products, including but not limited to custom t-shirts, mugs, bags, stickers, labels, paper packaging, and marketing materials, are produced according to customer-approved designs and specifications.

Once production has started, customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or errors caused solely by us.

3. Customer Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, specifications, colors, sizes, quantities, and content before production.

We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-approved designs, including but not limited to spelling errors, incorrect colors, incorrect sizes, layout mistakes, or low-resolution artwork.

4. Manufacturing Defects or Errors

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us, you must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.

Claims must include clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect or discrepancy. We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any resolution.

5. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

• Reproduce the affected products
• Provide a partial refund
• Provide store credit for future orders

Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order.

6. Non-Defective Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for non-defective items, including cases where the customer changes their mind, places an incorrect order, or no longer requires the products.

7. Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping, handling, customs duties, and related fees are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our confirmed error.

If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials have been prepared or production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

Any costs already incurred, including design setup, sampling, or material sourcing, may be deducted from any eligible refund.

9. Returned Packages & Refused Deliveries

Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties, or failure to clear customs are not eligible for a full refund.

In such cases, original shipping costs, handling fees, and additional charges may be deducted before any refund is processed.
